At Libas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Libas account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

  Quality Check

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags and packaging intact for a successful verification.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
